Porsche Taycan 4S 93 kWh

Range test

Porsche Taycan

4S 93 kWh

The Porsche Taycan 4S 93 kWh covered 579 km at 90 km/h at 27 °C, 25% more than its WLTP range and the best ratio in the tests. This is mainly credited to the narrow 225 mm Hankook tyres at the front, narrower than a Tesla Model 3's, along with the ideal warm weather. The conclusion: the Taycan had been efficient all along and simply had never been tested on the right tyres. The heat-rejecting glass option, which kept the roof cool in the sun, is recommended, while a rattle and the reliance on touchscreens counted against it.
