BMW iX
xDrive40
For such a large SUV, the BMW iX xDrive40 used surprisingly little energy, reaching almost its full WLTP range at 90 km/h. This likely comes down to the low drag and BMW's new motors, and despite a smaller battery it went further than the Audi e-tron. Comfort, soundproofing and the Harman Kardon sound system impressed, the software less so. Verdict: if choosing between the iX and the e-tron, the iX is the better pick.
