Mercedes-Benz EQS
500 4Matic
In a test in Thailand, the Mercedes-Benz EQS 500 4Matic covered 678 km at 90 km/h, the third-longest summer range in the tests. At 120 km/h it still managed 516 km, second only to the EQS 450+. It has a smaller front motor than the EQS 580 and drives on that motor alone when little power is needed, switching to the rear motor at higher speeds. It floated impressively quietly over Thailand's bumpy concrete roads on 21-inch wheels, but only tests in similar conditions would show whether it is more efficient than the 580.
