Mercedes-Benz EQE
300
At around 9 °C on winter tyres, the Mercedes EQE 300 reached 548 km at 90 km/h, one of the longest ranges in the winter-season tests. Using 163 Wh/km, the rear-wheel-drive EQE was the most efficient Mercedes EQ model tested so far and clearly ahead of the all-wheel-drive versions. This basic version lacks features such as the Hyperscreen, ventilated seats and double glazing, and there was some wind whistle from the A-pillar, though it was still very quiet overall. The advice: buy either the EQS or a base EQE like this one, rather than an expensive all-wheel-drive EQE.
