Hongqi E-HS9
99 kWh
The Hongqi E-HS9 is one of the thirstiest cars in the summer tests, using 218 Wh/km at 90 km/h for a range of 402 km. Even so, it is impressive that the 2,780 kg six-seater, with a drag coefficient of 0.345, roughly matched the smaller Audi e-tron at 90 km/h. Its ride comfort sits somewhere between the Mercedes EQS and the e-tron, and it was the quietest car measured up to then, even on 21-inch wheels. One annoyance was the cruise control, which slowed down noticeably in gentle curves.
